Observe the difference in colour after it has traveled from out west to us 800 Km or so.

Hi Wolf,
we are just in Sydney for a week to give our lungs a break from the pollution in Hong Kong! The situation here is pretty much the same as where you are. Can’t see the Opera or the top of Harbour Bridge; no ferries, no internat. flights, traffic chaos. Is this a sign of things to come in the future in Oz???

I don’t think so, a family member told us yesterday that she had seen this before when she was sixteen, so seventy years ago!
